What types of ID do I need to provide

All patients must be 18 years of age or older, present a valid government issued ID (eg, U.S. drivers license or passport), and a Medical ID Number issued by the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration(ABCA)

How to apply for a medical ID? 

Applying for a medical card is easy, for both DC residents and non-residents. You can apply online using these links or be assisted in store at one of our sign-up kiosks. After all necessary documents are reviewed you will receive an email with a digital letter in up to 10 minutes.

What is the valid period and fees for Medical ID?

DC Residents: According to ABCA, registrations are valid for up to two (2) years from the date of issuance. Fees have been waived for new and renewal applications received by November 28th, 2024. If you would like a physical card issued or replaced, a $10 fee applies.

Non-DC Residents: $30 Registration Fee plus fees from the options listed below:

How much cannabis am I allowed to purchase?

Enrolled patients and caregivers may purchase up to eight (8) ounces of cannabis in any 30-day period and possess up to two (2) ounces at any time. Allowed formats include flowers, concentrates, edibles, transdermal products, seeds, and seedlings.

How can I place an order?

You can shop with us online for express pickup, or visit our brick and mortar location at 610 H Street NW, Washington, DC 20001. We operate daily from 11am to 7pm.

How can I pay for the order?

We are CASH ONLY at the moment with an ATM accessible in store. Keep an eye out for updates – Card options coming soon!

Can someone else pickup my order for me?

The order can only be picked by the same person whose medical ID is used for purchase. If you are a designated caregiver to a patient, please shop with your caregiver medical ID.
